Overview
This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services booked through K-Medical Connect. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair while also covering costs incurred by our Partner Hospitals.
Cancellation Schedule

Important: Cancellation is NOT effective until you receive written confirmation from us. Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation.

Special Circumstances
🏥 Medical Emergency
If you cannot travel due to medical emergency, provide medical documentation. We will review on a case-by-case basis, and reduced or waived penalties may apply.
📋 Visa Denial
If your Korean visa is denied, provide the official denial letter.
90% refund (10% administrative fee)
✈️ Flight Cancellation
If your flight is cancelled by the airline, provide airline documentation.
Full refund or free rescheduling
🌍 Force Majeure
Events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions).
Full refund or credit for future booking
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing:
- ✗ Consultation fees (once consultation completed)
- ✗ Visa assistance fees
- ✗ Insurance premiums
- ✗ Customized medical supplies already ordered
- ✗ Services already rendered
Rescheduling
Need to change your appointment date? Rescheduling may be a better option than cancelling.
