1.1 About These Terms

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the K-Medical Connect platform ("Platform"), operated by BLASH ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Service Description

K-Medical Connect is a medical tourism intermediary platform that connects patients ("Users", "you", or "your") with Korean medical institutions ("Partner Hospitals") for various medical and cosmetic procedures.

Important Notice

WE ARE AN INTERMEDIARY PLATFORM, NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER. We facilitate connections between patients and hospitals but do not provide medical services directly. All medical treatments are performed by licensed healthcare professionals at Partner Hospitals.

2. Eligibility and Account

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws

3. Services and Booking

3.1 Service Scope

Our services include:

Medical procedure consultation and recommendations
Appointment scheduling with Partner Hospitals
Transportation arrangement within Korea
Translation and interpretation services
Accommodation recommendations
Post-treatment follow-up coordination

3.2 Prepayment Requirement

ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE 100% PREPAYMENT. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. This includes medical procedure fees, hospital facility fees, platform service fees, and transportation fees (if applicable).

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

K-Medical Connect charges a service fee of 5-10% on top of the hospital's quoted price. This fee covers consultation and coordination services, 24/7 customer support, translation services, and booking management.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Bank Wire Transfer
Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for Partner Hospital actions
We are not liable for third-party service failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services

8. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Arbitration: Any disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
